"State Finals Senior Year 2010"
I was always athletic growing up. Joining wrestling when I was 12. And football when I was 14. I was into pushing myself and my teammates to success. Since I was a smaller kid. I didn’t thrive in football as much as I did in wrestling. Placing in state all four years of high school. Making it to the finals twice and winning state my senior year. I loved to succeed. Tho, I never did any weight training. I didn’t walk into my first gym until I was 22 years old.
"Summer Of 2014"
In 2014 I felt a drive again that I once felt in high school. Pushing each rep and set to my body’s limit. The feeling of being sore from doing hard work and getting results is one thing I love most. Taking pre workout and making quick newbie gains drew me in. Getting my first membership at the body shop in Sutherlin. Learning basic lifting techniques and exercises. Moving to fitness first in Roseburg and back to the body shop.

One important thing that stood out for me is doing it all naturally knowing I’m not cheating my own body’s limits. I’m not the type to cheat myself or cut corners. So only supplements I took were pre workout and bcaa. Even tho, I have people claim I’m on “steroids”. Creatine is my go to.
"2017 Fitness First"
Now, nearly 10 years later I have been learning ever since. Every year I try new routines and what works for me. I now have my own weights at my home. From squat rack so my best-friends adjustable dumbbells, game changers. Having a family now makes it hard to have time for fitness. But you just have to make time. And the home gym is perfect for that. The goals change and routine change with it.

Weight training and exercising has been a passion for me for most of my life. Doing something that not everyone wants to do because they are afraid of the pain and the hard work it takes to achieve your goals. I hope to bring you some knowledge and bring motivation to keep you going.
